A Two time graduate of The ILLUSTRIOUS North Carolina A&T State University (AGGIE PRIDE), with a BS in Marketing and a Masters of Business. Professional career in corporate retail, with current role being an enterprise promotional strategy lead for Target. Hobbies include cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. who loves to mentor young girls in the community and also an advocate for Autism awareness.

Her rich and seasoned portfolio reflects her mastery in culinary artistry, showcasing a depth of creativity and expertise. With a deep understanding of diverse food cultures and 10+ years of dedicated culinary education, Chef Lonnie Miguel crafts unforgettable experiences through food, blending passion and rhythm in every dish.
